This role focuses on expanding and optimizing a Salesforce instance to power the next generation of Claims Management services, emphasizing efficiency, automation, and innovation. The successful candidate will manage system administration across Salesforce and other related platforms while leading the implementation of automations that streamline operations through AI and data-driven solutions. This includes integrating Salesforce with multiple third-party applications and internal backend systems to create a seamless and efficient process. 

✨ Requirements:

Design and implement automation solutions that streamline operations using AI and
data-driven insights.

Administer and maintain Salesforce and other related platforms, ensuring optimal
performance, security, and configuration.

Lead integrations between Salesforce, third-party applications, and internal backend
systems to enable seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Continuously refine claims processes to reduce processing times and enhance accuracy.
Stay updated on advancements in Salesforce, AI, and automation technologies to
incorporate relevant trends and best practices.

Experience with Salesforce development, including Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers,
Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL
tools, and other third-party solutions.

Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud administration, supporting
organizations with 50+ users.

Aminimum of 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Experience integrating marketing platforms like Hubspot with Salesforce.
Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA and SOC2.

Action-Oriented: Proactively engages in hands-on work and troubleshooting.

Analytical Skills: Identifies inefficiencies and develops practical solutions
.
Effective Communicator: Articulates technical concepts clearly and provides training as
needed.

Systems Familiarity:


● Must-Have: Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Gmail Connector, and Rollup Helper.

● Nice-to-Have: Snowflake, HEVO, Census, and Hubspot.
Design and implement claim management services, including email-to-case, web-to-case, workflow automation, reporting, and page customization.

Integrate Salesforce with external web services.

Synchronize data between Salesforce and external data sources using custom-built or
third-party connectors.


Challenges to Anticipate:

Designing a future-proof and highly efficient Salesforce instance.

Real-time integration with external systems.

Delivering project milestones by the end of Q1 2025.
